How a referral qualifies

01 The referral must be a new introduction to KALARA.
02 The referred business must sign an agreement and become a paying client.
03 The referral must not already exist within KALARA's CRM, pipeline, or active opportunity list.
04 Commissions, credits, and payouts are issued only after cash has been collected from the new KALARA partner.
05 KALARA reserves the right to verify and approve all referral eligibility.
